This old farmhouse is located near the farm where I grew up.
The farm was known back then as the Ylvisaker place.
Today it is in disrepair with no glass in any of the window frames.

Despite its’ abandonment, the house still stands straight and
true. I started to draw it as it is now, as evidenced by the one
broken window but then thought better of it.
As a result, I reinstalled glass in all the window, put the front
porch back on, cleaned up the yard and set out a couple of lawn

chairs on the side yard.
