Most of my aunts and uncles were farmers and almost exclusively drove Ford or Chevrolet cars and trucks.
I did have one uncle, however, who drove fancy Buicks, but he was from Minneapolis of course.

About the Plates:
White and burgundy license plates were issued in 1965. They didn’t last very long, go figure.
